Relax & Unwind Flow
45 minute Vinyasa based Yoga flow designed to de-stress the mind and body through deep breaths, gentle movement, and long stretches. Props recommended : Yoga blocks, strap, blanket, bolster/pillow. All-levels welcome!
Power Vinyasa Yoga
A powerful and energetic form of Yoga that fluidly moves from one pose to the next, connecting breath to movement. Each class will have added strength and conditioning movements to build heat and intensity, with options for posture advancements. * recommended: 3 Vinyasa Yoga classes prior to taking Power *
Barre Fitness & Express
Combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, Yoga and strength training to fun, upbeat music! A high-intensity, low impact workout focusing on small range movements, with high reps that target major muscle groups.
